My Remote Control Doesn't Work

When using your new ride on car for the first time, you will need to pair the remote control to the car. You can do so by referring to the instructions in this video.

My Ride-on Car Wont Turn On

Our ride on cars are shipped with the batteries disconnected. As stated in the instruction manual, please connect the battery to the car for use. The battery is usually located under the seat or in the trunk.
